How to set your sodium, cholesterol, and fiber targets

Each of your Nutrition Profiles can also have a limit on sodium and cholesterol, as well as a minimum target for fiber.

To edit these, start editing one of your nutrition profiles (more info here: )

Scroll to the bottom, and there's a button that says "Show sodium/cholesterol/fiber targets". Click that, and it will show you the settings. Select what you want, and then regenerate your plans to get new suggestions.
