You can limit sodium by modifying your nutrition profile. To modify your nutrition profile, simply click the name of your current nutrition profile in the planner view.
In the nutrition profile, you can set a target for the main macronutrients (carbs, fat, and protein), and also set a cap on sodium, cholesterol, and a minimum fiber target.
If you have any medical considerations, you must make sure to double check the actual amount of sodium in the meal plan before following it. The generator treats every nutrition target with some flexibility, and it may violate one target if it means more favorably meeting other targets.
To check the micronutrient amounts in the meal plan, click "Micronutrient stats" underneath the main meal plan nutrition summary.
