In this tab you can edit individual nutrition targets and change their target calories as macros. You can also create new profiles and delete existing profiles. Make sure the profiles you are adding/editing are being used in "Meal Plan Layout" otherwise the changes won't have any effect.
Clicking "Calculate targets" will suggest calorie and macro targets based on the height, weight, activity level and other settings in the User Profile tab.
In this tab you can choose the primary diet for this user as well as add additional exclusions. These exclusions will be used when you create/edit meal plans for this user and in their automatic weekly meal plans.
In this tab you can choose the user's profile. The grocery shopping day is used to determine when to run the automatic weekly planner for the user and the other profile settings are used by "Calculate Targets" in the Nutrition Targets tab to suggest calorie and macro targets.
Meal Plan Layout
In this tab you can edit this user's layout for the week.
If you want to have different nutrition targets/meals on different days of the week, flip "Use a different layout" at the top to ON. Otherwise if you want each day to the same flip it to OFF.
For each day of the week you can select which nutrition targets are being used, add and delete meals, and edit individual meal settings. This layout will be used when you create/edit meal plans for this user and in their automatic weekly meal plans.
In this tab you can configure Leftovers for this user.
Leftover patterns allow you to specify a meal to create leftovers and a meal to use those leftovers. The "keep for" setting specifies how many days in a row can use the same leftovers and the "Num recipes" setting specifies how many dishes to have as leftovers. "Repeat" specifies whether this pattern should happen throughout the entire week or just a single time.
In this tab you can edit other generator settings for this user.
Turning off "Enable automatic weekly planner" will stop the weekly planner from running for this user automatically.
See the ? tooltips for more information on the other settings.
In this tab you can edit the user's email, username, first name and last name.
