You can copy individual meals or days or save entire weekly meal plans or other date ranges as needed.
Copying individual meals or days
From your Planner page, select the three-dot icon to the right of the particular meal or day you want to copy, and select the Copy option.

This will open up options to the right to select the date to copy to and select Copy to apply.

Copying full weekly plans or other date ranges
From your Planner page, select the three-dot icon near the upper right and then the "Save meal plan" option.

This will open up options to the right to adjust the date range and details to save.

Return to the same menu and select the "Load saved plan" option.

This will open up options to the right to select the plan and date to load into.
