We hesitate to add in any specific pregnancy/breastfeeding settings, as we find that dietary needs and physician guidance can still vary from person to person throughout pregnancy and while breastfeeding. That said, you can make any adjustments to your account preferences to tailor your meal plans as needed.
Increased calories
You can adjust your nutrition targets to reflect any increased caloric needs, which you can see how to do here: How to change your nutrition targets, or add new Nutrition Profiles 
Foods to avoid
